PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
9. Transactions
- A 4% processing fee applies to all online transactions.
- Payment details must be checked carefully before confirmation.
- No additional terms are binding unless agreed in writing by TST EDUCATION.
- TST EDUCATION reserves the right to refuse service or limit orders.
10. Pricing Disclaimer
Prices may change at any time; however, the price paid at purchase remains valid for that transaction.
11. Invoicing Policy
- Full payment (100%) is due upon receipt of invoice, unless instalments are approved in writing.
- TST EDUCATION is not responsible for payment failures due to banking or authorisation issues.
- If payment fails, alternative payment instructions must be provided within 48 hours.
- Secure payments are protected using SSL encryption.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this Site or services.
